About shadowing's shader in the version 2.8.0

Hellow everyone:
  When I read the shadowing.frag.glsl,I found that there was a remark ,“TODO: This causes an NVIDIA error (DUI_foreachId) - disable for now”.I want to know is it means this shader shouldn't be used now,or only when "oe_shadow_blur > 0.0" shouldn't be used,or others.I also want to know the means of "DUI_foreachID",I couldn't found anything about it .

We never figured out what it means -- we assume it was a driver bug.
