Cannot find moon texture for --sky option

I added the --sky option to my command line and now I'm getting the message

[osgEarth]* [SimpleSkyNode] Failed to load moon texture from moon_1024x512.jpg
[osgEarth]  [SimpleSkyNode] Couldn't load moon texture, add osgEarth's data directory your OSG_FILE_PATH

I added the path to the OSG_FILE_PATH by the command

set OSG_FILE_PATH=C:\osgearth-3.0\data

and the program still cannot find the moon texture.

I've verified that the data folder contains the moon_1024x512.jpg file.

Any ideas on why it still can't be found?

Sorry but I don't know what's wrong. It seems to be working on this end, at least on the master branch..
