Masklayer two problems with engine_rex

    Updated with the latest osgEarth code, engine_rex has become the default terrain engine, thanks to the osgEarth team's efforts and contributions.

    I found these two problems in use and gave my solution.

    1.When viewpoint close to the ground, masklayer would cause crashes, after debugging found _surface is empty,This problem can be solved as shown in the figure below.




    2.Engine_rex does not consider the modelLayers integration mask problem, as shown below.
