osgEarth in QML integration problem

Hi,

In our project we were using osgearth 2.10.1 and it was working fine with our approach to integrate osgearth in QML.

After update to latest osgearth (master from 08 June 2021) Earth itself started to flicker and disappear, looks like it is culled somehow:

My idea is that our approach to integrate osgearth in QML is not perfect.
Can someone give me hints how to do it correctly? Or maybe point out some errors in hte following code?

I simplified the code to only QML window and osgearth in it.
Here is the code https://github.com/NikkittaP/qml_osgearth

P.S. I'm not sure that it would be easy to build this project from scratch, because I use locally prebuilt libs (PROJ, GDAL, OSG, osgEarth, ...) and all CMake scripts are binded to that infrastructure. Ask any questions and I will be glad to cooperate.

Best regards,
Nikita Petrov

Re: osgEarth in QML integration problem

Thanks for reply.

But what if it is vital for us to run osgearth in qml, what is the best way to accomplish this?
Can you give some hints in which direction to look?

Re: osgEarth in QML integration problem

Sorry, no I don't use QT since years. I prefer to use CEF as UI Framework :)
