terrain-gpu drawn Lines issue in Stereo 3D

I am using the following style for my line shp file.



I am facing issue in stereo 3D Quad Buffer mode, where lines appear to be floating.

I think lines drawn using technique-GPU, have viewer dependent behaviour. Observe the two pictures, where same line is clamped at different locations.   I am relating these two problems, since for stereo two images are captured at different positions.

 

Please suggest.
